Wow!!!!! I have had a terrible time sleeping for the last few years. I took melatonin every night but still woke up all night long and never got a good nights sleep. I am a light sleeper and wake up to every little noise. I have been using Prana for a few years and LOVE IT. Figured I would give this a shot. I think it is a little bit relaxing and it first I noticed more joint pain rather than less which is what I’ve heard as a side effect but overall I get that about a six out of 10 because I think it helps sleep a bit. I’ve tried it at naptime and at bedtime I think probably it’s best at naptime one squirt it’s good for an hour and a half of nice sleep most of the time

I ordered this product based on what I saw many others say..an alternative to pain relief and added benefits of helping with sleep (All things I’m looking for).
