I have been taking the Leefy for arthritic pain. I wanted an alternative to daily ibuproben which I have taken for several years. It has helped and would recommend. The Immunity has been working for warding off illnesses. And also when I do feel something coming on I up the dosage to 2x a day. It nips it in the bud. Nidra for sleep help and also for arthritis and knee pain. I recommend all 3.

I have been taking the three tinctures for about 2-3 weeks for knee pain and swelling. Within the first week, I have noticed significant relief in swelling and pain. The Prana really helps with inflammation. I also use it when I have a headache and it works like a charm. The Nidra helps with muscle soreness and with sleep, I use it every night. And the immunity seems to work pretty well also, as I had a sore throat coming on and I took it and the sore throat never fully came to fruition. I highly recommend the bundle!

I’m used to to the Prana so it’s no surprise that I love it. But the Immunity Blend, OMG! It tastes amazing! You can taste the garlic, onion and oregano, in a good way. It tastes like it’s really doing what it’s supposed to do if that makes sense. I use the Nidra (tart cherry) every night and it makes my sleep so mich better.

I bought these to try. They are palatable, only one of them is slightly unpleasant. I don't mind as long as it works. The advertisement on FB was a bit misleading, spokeswoman clearly said "2 drops" and the true dosage is 2 droppers full, so I wasn't ecstatic about that. So I am taking one dropper full daily in hopes it will work and last, as it is not a cheap product. All in all, so far so good, my arthritic hands do feel better a little better after one week.
