These are AMAZING! My daughter got me hooked, and I have shown my other daughter, who now loves them, and my friends! I haven’t been sick at all since I have been taking them. If I feel a little run down I take extra IMMUNITY and it seems to help quite a bit. I take PRANA daily as one of my vitamins and if I’m having pain anywhere. NiDRA helps me stay asleep when I fall asleep! I used to struggle to stay asleep and falling back asleep if I woke up, now I stay asleep the whole night! I use the Shilajit every other day or so, to slowly build my body up to amount of minerals it has and I can DEFINITELY tell a difference in my mood swings AND energy through the day! Welp, I believe it’s working. I’ve only been taking it a couple weeks but I’m feeling better and better (also taking the Prana Tumeric and Ginger).
