How often should I take Prana?

We recommend taking Prana daily as a powerful prophylaxis and anti-inflammatory supplement. However, you can also take it only when needed if you prefer. Many customers that suffer from chronic conditions have found that using Prana daily helps reduce the severity and frequency of their symptoms when used consistently over time.

Is Prana OK if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

We must always recommend checking in with your doctor if you’re pregnant or breast-feeding before trying Prana. We have had the approval of many midwives but it is always best to check!

What’s the maximum amount of Prana I can take in a day?

The maximum dose that you can take is 8 dropperfuls per day!

What is the dosage for kids?

Prana is considered safe for babies 12 months and older. Babies get just a few drops of their dose and young children start with 1/4 to half of a dropper full depending on their age. Here’s a dosage for children above two:

2-6 yr olds - 1/4-1/2 dropperful

6+ yr olds - 1/2 - 1 dropperful

Adults 2 dropperfuls

Is Prana safe to use on pets? If so, what is the dosage?

Yes, Prana is safe to use on pets. Just a small dose 1/4 - 1/2 dropperful is sufficient.

Is Prana safe to take with my current medications?

We cannot give medical advice but highly encourage you to check with your doctor if you are on prescription medications before taking Prana.

Does Prana need to be refrigerated?

Prana does not need to be refrigerated once opened. It is shelf stable. Once opened store in a cool, dry place.

How long does Prana last opened?

It is good for 3 years unopened past the manufacturing date listed on the bottle (MFG). If stored properly, PRANA will last far beyond the recommended expiration date.

How many mgs of turmeric and ginger are there in Prana?

There are approximately 215 mg of curcuminoids and 215 mgs of gingerols per dose of Prana. 1.5 mg of Black pepper per 2 ml.

Is Prana free of the top 8 allergens?

We don't process any of the big 8 allergens in our facility, including eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, wheat, soy, or meat.

Additionally, our vegetable glycerin is derived from organic flaxseed (not coconut or corn).

People that suffer from recurring colds, sinus issues, and leaky throat can benefit the most from using Immunity as a daily supplement.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes— we do ship internationally. These orders will be subject to custom fees.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

What are your international shipping rates?

Our international shipping ranges from $10-$35 depending on the country.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping can take up to 1 month for orders to arrive.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Delivery times vary and depend on the distance of your shipping address relative to the fulfillment center your order has been assigned to. On average orders take 1 week to arrive, but can take up to 14 days.

Do you have any distributors outside of the USA?

At this time we do not have international distributors. We currently only ship out of the USA.

My tracking number has not updated for several days. Can I have a refund or return?

If your tracking number does not update for 20 days we can file a claim with the insurance company that the package is “lost in transit” and process a replacement or refund. 20 days must pass with no new updates for the package to be considered “lost in transit”

Do you have a physical storefront I can pick up from?

No– our sales are online

My order arrived broken. What should I do?

Please email us at info@leefyorganics.com explaining that your order arrived broken and provide a picture of the broken bottles and order number. We need a picture as evidence to file a claim with the shipping company to be able to send a replacement or issue a refund.

DISCOUNT CODES FAQS

Why doesn’t my discount code work with a subscription order?

Subscription orders are automatically discounted 10% on every order and cannot be combined with discount codes.

Are discount codes only valid for new customers?

Discount codes are only valid for new customers on their first “one time order”. This goes for affiliate discount codes as well. Discount codes cannot be used for subscription orders or if you are a returning customers.

Are there any discounts for returning customers?

We offer occasional sales like Black Friday or special holiday deals where returning customers can get discounts for “one time orders”. However, we recommend checking out our subscription program where you can modify the frequency of your delivery and receive 10% off orders all year long.

What info do you gather, and how do you use my data?

Route uses delivery and order information to provide as much detail as possible regarding your order. To do this, Route parses your emails to collect order information such as tracking numbers, carrier names, and product info. We employ multiple layers of security to protect and secure customer data.

Note: Route's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How do I report an Order Issue to get a replacement or a refund?

Note: We refund the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees.

How can I track my deliveries on the Route Mobile App?

You can view your deliveries in the Route mobile app to get a real-time view of where all of your packages are. On the MAP screen, you can swipe through cards or zoom into the map to see where packages are in-transit. Tap on a card to open up the Order Details page. You can also see a list view of all your packages on the Orders screen. From there, you can tap on orders to see the order details which will provide info around where your order is in transit.

Why do I need Route Package Protection?

Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant.
