This is my HONEST review of this oil. I have back trouble (herniated disc’s, bulging disc, degenerative disc and arthritis) basically I have a “bad back.” I eat an anti inflammatory diet. And I started taking this oil a month ago and finished my first bottle. Some days I took double the dose amount. The oil didn’t help my inflammation. After a month, I took a prescription anti inflammatory and got relief. So, I don’t think this product will help much if you’re injured. HOWEVER, I do think it will help you if you’re needing a little boost and are relatively healthy. Also, one thing that I noticed while taking it is that it curbed my appetite pretty well. I ordered two more bottles and will continue to take it daily because I’ve found that it helps me stay on track with my eating plan. I would recommend this product if you have realistic expectations.
I took my before picture of my hands in February in search of something that could help my RA in my hands and fingers. I'm enjoying this liquid form of tumeric. I have tried to add powder tumeric to tea but it doesn't dissolve so it's hard to drink. As a liquid dropped under the tongue, it's much easier to take. The blend with ginger and black pepper is actually tasty! I thought it might be unpleasant to take but I find l really enjoy the taste and look forward to talking it.

It was ok, I didn’t feel immediate relief and maybe maybe after 2 hours had some affect. It did seem to upset my stomach so i just stopped it.
